    I am asking for help how do I stop as I am doing it alot lately

    is it connected to dopamine its very hard to stop could you give me some advice on how to stop doing this.

    It is habit if you control 14 or 21 days it will get easier. Believe me masturbation is not good if u are fapping daily. It is harmful for body as porn is harmful for mind

    Thanks I am studying more on dopamine and finding out the solution to the problem it is definately dopamine also stress aswell I am not sure why I am stressed but it could be maybe worrying about money which is noncence.

    Hi, have you read the free ebook you can download from this site, it is very informative, but do read the whole book even if you find some bits boring. It explains how we are kept addicted and how porn changes the brain and what we can do about it. There is also lots of stuff on the internet to read and books you can buy, probably you can get them second hand. By reading up on the subject it gives you greater knowledge and awareness of what is going on in our brains which can then be used as a weapon against the addiction. Forearmed is forewarned. When you know what is going on in the brain you can then look at it more objectively rather than just react to a feeling. I hope this helps a little

    Yes! absolutley I have read up on it and it as had me more aware even changed me I have figured why I was addicted and it was dopamine I am studying this more and more the problem was 100% Dopamine and also I encourage fasting I have read the ebook it was good help.

    Reading NoFap / self-development materials daily definitely helps reminding us of the things we need to know. Maybe a minimum of 10 minutes is enough, so you can still keep it consistent and make it a habit (like brushing your teeth every day), even if you feel demotivated at times.

    yes that aswell all is good and beneficial anything that can make dopamine happy
