may I join and ask for some support, hello from sudan

hi and hello from the dark side of the world, so i am 28 and you are right i too have the same problem that's why i joined. it has been long time since i watched a full video, i recently started to look at only pics again, you may think it's easier like that to quit and it's, but overall i started 10 years ago here i am talking a bout masterxxxx i must stop it I know i am better but i still do it, now it is maximum 3 times a month but the worst is i have obvious side effect and still can't stop it for a long time allowing my self to heal and do the other life turning staff i want to.

so this is my first post i hope some of you will have my back and i will do the same for you guys and girls, because i believe it is one of the keys of stopping and becoming better in general, so here we start...and let us keep track...
