    I went 2 weeks without porn just to binge because of loneliness. I naturally fell hard for the first woman who smiled at me. She probably moved on a long time ago. You are not alone.

    I'm not sure if having an emotional moment has ever caused me to fap, but I for sure know how an interaction like that can stick with you for quite a while. You CAN learn to master your emotions. It's understandable if it's overwhelming when you start nofap.

    Also, loneliness sucks. Sometimes I cry if I feel like nobody cares about me. You could try it too. It helps. Realizing what triggers you is a big step, it's good that you talk about it.
