Medications giving noctural emission?

Hello!
I am doing NoFap together with OMAD. It was the first time i managed to do this long term. At first noctural emission came every other week. But now for a while it has come several days in a row. I take mirtazapine but would like to taper it off. Do anyone know if incresad adrenalin or sedating effects from medication cause noctural emission? It feels like my body is reeboting with OMAD/NoFap and just gets confused with mirtazapine.

For the first time in 15 years ive managed to go off citalopram completely after NoFap and OMAD combination. This summer i Will try to taper of mirtazapin. Since many things happened in my youth the emotional regulation has not been working alot. Now i think my Brain is healing up. (: what does your username mean?
