Meditation Challenge - 60 days

    Call me a beast.

    But yo I am doing it for you more than me. I mean keep your ego off the meditation cushion and understand the highest meditations are not for self.

    Thought about mindfulness, present reminders, like a tattoo, but perhaps just building it into a habit is all that's necessary

    Didn't post for few days, was really short on time, but I meditate every day, only in the morning for 15 minutes. And I am not going to count those days I was not online.

    Just did 10 min meditation.
    Felt wonderful. Hope i'll have a nice sleep.

    I didnt post in the past 2 days ,its hard for me to keep my routine during the weekend.
    But I actually did meditate both days, just skipped my 'main' meditation in the evening.
    My relations with people are becoming better and better, and I have a feeling that some people like me more than they used to.
    My self-confidence rised up like crazy, and I think im gaining much more attention from others.
    Im really happy with all these changes(some of them are probably caused also by No Pmo) , and some of them I didnt even mention yet. But I still have a lot of things to work on, like everybody.

    Some new faces here, that is great! I am very busy lately and I don't have so much time to spend here on the forum. Anyway, I meditate at least 15 minutes every morning. I stopped meditating before sleep completely, but that's only for some time. It's my 35th day... I masturbated a few times in last week, without porn - still need some time to recover from that and get back on track. Hope you guys are all doing fine. Stay Strong, Stay Clean!

    Have been struggling with anger and some overthinking during the day, but each time I remember how to re-gain control I feel much better and more stable.
    I think Im being tested, because my day 30 is coming. Last time my longest no pmo streak was about 30 days long. But I dont think I would fall for it anymore, no matter what happens.

    Omg the headspace Self Esteem pack is very cool, resting awareness has helped me a lot but this pack really explores the physical feeling, using the sunlight visualization and the place in the mind of gentle awareness, really enjoying it

    In case you don't want to sub to it i will try to give a brief guide to both:

    Imagine sunlight pouring through the body, through the top of the head, spreading like liquid down the arms and legs. Let go of resistance to any thoughts and feelings and just feel the body as this warm, slow, gentle and soothing sunlight flows down through the top of the head.

    Don't worry about picturing the image too strongly, or forcing a feeling on the body, it's almost like a slow body scan where you follow the sunlight down through the body, creating spaciousness and clarity.

    Use this visualization when moving around during the day as well, if you want

    Move slowly and deliberately, noticing impulse in the mind, feeling the sensations through the feet and hands as you move. Let go of your belly and shoulders, let them hang wherever they want. Let your breath do what it wants.

    For resting awareness you just let your mind be free, observing without judgement or bias or resistance, don't chase thoughts or elaborate, just observe with curiosity and kindness. Thoughts can continue on from one another, memories can too, let them reach their conclusions, treat memories no differently

    Sunlight visualisations are really good, they help me to relax but also I found deeper focus and awareness thanks to it.
