Started meditation from past 2 days......I hope i'll last a lifetime this time...
Here I am, 8 minutes today, not great but better than last two weeks. I can do this.

Warriorman is in the house
I was meditating regularly everyday 30 minutes morning and 30 evening and after 3 months I felt great , really calm and felt like I could win this game of life , HELLLLLLL YEAHHHHHHHHH
Then the practice dwindled down to morning only meditation , then every second day and pretty soon it was only an half hour on Sunday in church .and guess what . I felt like I was losing this game called life .
So the difference is clear between the two and having a meditation practice wins hands down
So I am back , this time for life

Just done 30 minute evening meditation and had an insight .somedays you might miss a meditation so what you do is make up the next day by doing 2 by 45 minutes sessions

Starting again, forgot to check in because i had some relapses and problems.
Day first - 10 minutes, I was counting to 10 repeatedly.
