I've been practicing meditation for about a year. 30 minutes early in the morning (between 4 and 5am). In the beginning focusing on my breathing, with the gyan mudra and with the mantra "So-hum". Beginning this year, I changed to the mantra "Ang Sang Waheguru". And a couple of weeks ago, to the "Mul mantra". Before beginning each meditation, I perform a series of yoga exercises for preparing the body for the meditation. I use a zafu for better body posture, light an incense and the room only illuminated by a salt lamp.
Looks like I cant go more than 5 days in a row. That's ok, I will try again today. Good luck guys!
Day 0.Here we go again.
I meditated around 20 minutes consecutively for the last 3 days. My goal is to complete this challenge of 60 days in a row. I will be meditating for at least 10 minutes each day.
Today is day 4 of 60.
