Meditation Challenge - 60 days

  1. Presently experimenting with binaural beats with headphones to see if I can trick the brain into producing hormone-firing pleasure responses during deep relaxation as I did during PMO. You might want to try this as well. It may slip you into such a deep relaxation response to really extend your meditation time. Target: delta to mid beta, and gamma.

    Today I finally sit down on my cushion and I meditated two times. First time for 10 minutes indoor but I was too tired and drifted into dreams. Second time for 15 minutes in nature, I had a lot of drifting thoughts but it was good.

    Still sucking in this Challenge and I know why.
    I'm still determined to meditate regularly and I hope 60 consecutive days.

    I think it would be good to train my imagination and use it to my advantage. This can go hand in hand with meditation. Or what do you guys think?

    Today med. over half an hour. Sitting in nature while sunset - eyes sometimes open sometimes closed. Felt one with the World. Very nice.

    10 minutes (set the alarm to 20 but couldn't make more than 10. many many distracting thoughts)

    I've been meditating with headspace for 22 consecutive days but last week my routine change and I missed a day. I know it's not really about the number of days but it helps me to build this into a habit, so starting counting again.

  8. I managed to meditate today. I had little crisis past few days, but I'm recovering from it.

  10. Day 1
    Meditated again, it was awesome! I have some problems with crossed legs position, but I will get used to it over time. I remember that when I was 10 y/o I was able to do lotus position, but I'm not that flexible anymore, and I've also had some knee problems so I don't want to risk anything.

    I decided to take this challenge.
    But it seems not much people visit here quite often. Even I did not visit. My bad.

    Yesterday I did 5 to 7 minutes ofantrs chanting. I will do some chanting again tonight. :)

    Oh hello again. Really trying to build meditation as a life long habit. Back up to 10 days in a row. Would like to get to 30.

    12/30, but one week at a time, weekends when I forget to meditate, the change in routine throws me off.
     
  18. I've meditated this 3 days in a row, but I've forgot to do it yesterday. I'm going to meditate now!

    30 minutes morning and 30 minutes in the evening . I am on day 55 , haven't missed a day and feel the better for it . It strengthened my willpower which helped with my porn addiction
     
  20. Meditated today and yesterday, finished 5/15 days of Headspace Take 15.
