Day 21: Few memory revision! Once i'll hit the yellow belt i'll work on memorizingforeign language vocabulary and verbs... Keep it up!
I don't know if it was mentioned before, but I guess the book "Moonwalking with Einstein" suits here well.
Some other food too, I'm focusing more on Memory Now ( Avocado and Walnuts and Amonds and Dark Chocolate 85%+ is my main focus ). By the way there are Motivational Foods too.
