Memory loss?

    Through out my time of fapping, I truely believe that my memory and remembrance of anything has been diminishing as a toll of porn and fapping (of course). Sometimes I can't remember activities I did in the past or things what I was going to do in the next 2 minutes, this bothers me alot, its becoming often. I've been noticing this trend in since i've been on my NoFap commitment, Im eager to know if anyone else has experience this or something similar, and have any tips or explanations? thanks

    Yes I'm still going through withdrawal and I experience many memory problems, amongst other things. I'll be going something and then the next second my mind goes blank. Also there is massive chunks of memories that are very foggy. A bit of it is coming back but I hope I recover faster. I'm 20 and on day 85.

    Yup, that's Brain Fog. It will do a number on anything cognitive. When it finally lifts off of you the depressive feelings and numbness disappear.
