Messed up on the 4th of july. New 90 day challenge for anyone who wants to pursue!

Morning all! How's everyone getting on?
Yesterday evening was a bit of a mental battle. Successfully distracted myself with a little bit of logo design for the blog I'm building!
I've found when I've tried to break the habit in the past I have issues at day 3, day 12 and day 14. After that I can't say, as I've not made it past that point. Not this time though!

I discovered NoFap about 2 weeks ago and i'm 11 days into my PM reboot.

Various reasons made me hit an all time low in self-worth 2 years ago at age 20. Since then i've been pushing myself to become the best version of me. I've passed some big milestones and now i'm tackling my PM addiction and it's effects on my life.

In my opinion the most crucial factor in overcoming anything is to document your journey and realise how enriching every step forward is.

So i guess i'll be reporting back here every couple days now, thanks all and good luck !

sup, im on day 3 rn. haven't felt any urges. feeling confident. destroyed my full body workout yesterday, lol my body is screaming rn, sore af. but its going well! lets go guys! we will make it! beastmode on!
