I met my goal of 90. Celebrated and yeah that was that. Day 99/100 appeared tough because of the urges, I noticed my guard was slipping mentally. So I was like, you know what let's keep on track and remind myself of my progress and what is this all about. Why am I doing this? So I started to monitor progress again. Guys, I say it doesn't matter where you are in your journey. The point is that you know your destination and can see it and stay on the path. Don't get off the path. Don't lose track of your goal. If you can't see it then look at others who have succeeded and do what they did. Stop reading about other people's failures. Focus on your own failure. Look at the success of others to encourage you (not to make yourself feel bad about yourself). I need to remind myself that hey I need to keep going. I have a goal in mind and this time its a harder goal. But I can do it. I need to still keep track of my progress and keep track of my thoughts.
