Today is my 7th day of PMO abstention. Marking a new personal record, as in my previous best was 6 days. Well, there are dozens of aspects to be improved. There were some spikes of sexual urges on the 3rd, 4th and the 5th day. I endured through them with the help of cold showers. My conclusion about the recovery process is: entirely or mostly based on building momentum. A vivid benefit I almost immediately noticed is a more balanced overall mood. Less mood swings, more positive thoughts and outlook towards my surroundings. My observations are only based on one week experience. But I haven't felt that good since a long, long time. I'm not even exaggerating.
