Minor Relapse. Bummed. Resetting today.

    I am on about Day 21 of NoFap, but last night I gave in for a few minutes–less than seven minutes. I did not M or O, but scanned over some real P. Inversely, I did M about a week ago without any P. Since there was no P, I did not count it as a relapse. I figured that if I keep starving the desire for P, the desire to M would subside.

    Almost M today, but walked away from it. Happy about that. I came to my university library to eliminate all temptation. Overall, this is an improvement, but if I am honest I will have to reset from Day 0.

    Fight well.

    It might be a good idea to block porn by using porn blockers. Mo will happen eventually even if you peak at porn for just few seconds; so it's very important to avoid porn in first place. Good luck!

    When I come in from a walk in the park, I kick my shoes off, but I do not lick the soles. That would be nasty, I don't know what germs and toxins might be there.
    When I sit down at my desk, I turn on my computer, but I do not start looking at P. I have realized it is as nasty and dangerous as the dirty soles of my shoes. I am healthier without it.
    Avoid minor relapses like you avoid small infections. They can grow to deadly proportions.
