mo'd today w/ no p or psubs on day 6. i woke up feeling very happy and energetic. i dont feel bad right now, but im just kinda tired. i enjoy the benefits of semen retention but at the same time, i dont want to be a munk either. i want to find balance. also ive been on a cold streak with women, so its inacurate for me to compare. but those of you who are on NoFap and having sex regularly - do you feel drained afterward, or is it just m that causes it?
