100 days. It pales in comparison to others'. I initially didn't even want to mention it here. But quite a few told me they found inspiration in my own struggle and value in my advice, so why not get some exposure...that could benefit others? My journey here, for the curious: https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?t...ive-already-climbed-once-hold-my-beer.239100/ . The same principles that kept me away from P for 3.5 years still work, today. I'm not surprised at all. (I stupidly decided to "medicate" with P after a divorce. I had this thing beat, I should've stayed there.) Closing thoughts: 1. It is worth it. 2. No matter how hard life is...you can always make it worse with PMO. 3. Trust the process. 4. Take full responsibility for everything. That's it. God bless.
