100 days. It pales in comparison to others'. I initially didn't even want to mention it here. But quite a few told me they found inspiration in my own struggle and value in my advice, so why not get some exposure...that could benefit others?

My journey here, for the curious: https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?t...ive-already-climbed-once-hold-my-beer.239100/ .

The same principles that kept me away from P for 3.5 years still work, today. I'm not surprised at all. (I stupidly decided to "medicate" with P after a divorce. I had this thing beat, I should've stayed there.)

    Closing thoughts:
    1. It is worth it.
    2. No matter how hard life is...you can always make it worse with PMO.
    3. Trust the process.
    4. Take full responsibility for everything.

    That's it. God bless.

Only extra 20 days since, but it's 4 months after all, so worthy of a mention I guess.

    Congratulations brother.
What was your daily routine most of the days?
Is doing Nofap only is good?

    Thanks, man. I appreciate it!

Well, I both work and pursue a Master's degree. Much of my time is dedicated to serving others, in my church.

Spending time with friends, another thing that requires time.

I make it a point to visit this forum every day, to encourage others. This can take from one hour up to two hours per day.

I'm single, so I can pretty much do whatever I want to.

Doing nofap (in fact, no PMO) is, in my opinion, the best investment one can do...it brings the most ROI in a short amount of time. Other than that, you will be more motivated to pursue your goals, passions, why not a real-life relationship, when you feel ready?

Hope this answers your questions...if not...feel free to rephrase.

(I should start working out a little again. It never hurts :).)
