MOing set me back from my severe PIED recovery?

    Hi y'all. I've been on this journey for more for God know's how long now. I've been able to successfully stay away from porn for more than 30 days. But I caught myself masturbating and I came. Does this set me back a lot from rewiring my brain to recovery from severe PIED?

    Yeah man. Unfortunately your brain needs to heal itself from digital stimulation, and if that’s what you’re doing, you’re kick starting your brain right back to where it was before.
