Monk mode day 4

    It's day 4 monk mode. And the dopamine withdrawals are coming in from all angles. When you don't have any stimulation coming in you really have to rewire yourself. Usually and this day and the next I relapse during NoFap so I'm going to stay out of the house as much as I can.

    It's too early so say what I've noticed apart from being extremely bored at times haha but I'm going to keep posting here everyday.

    A benefit of monk mode is that you don't get tempted to fap as much. Usually you'd be in your computer before you fap looking at suggestive material which seems harmless and then eventually you've relapsed, but when your doing monk mode since I don't have any internet or a computer to use at home anymore it does make it a little easier.

    Although I have absoloutely no motivation right now and experiencing mad withdrawals from being connected to the world I'm going to smash it out and do whatever I can.

    Big important thing aswell, set new rythms people. It's not enough to wait till your 90 days are up that's 3 months of your life gone if you are just sitting around. Remodel your lifestyle. Cut all the addictions and bullshit dopamine saturating and instant gratification habits like porn, excessive time online, games etc. and force yourself to only experience life in the real world. Never settle - keep growing.
