So I just recently started my first ever Monk Mode. It is basically HardMode No P, No M, No O. But also no/limited social media, internet time, screen time. Meditation everyday so you can let go of sexual thoughts and urges easier. Exercise Healthy diet helps a lot too. I wanna know anyone else experience on Monk Mode. I heard some really positive benefits of Monk Mode rebooting compared to regularly NoFap rebooting. After 10 years of heavy PMO addiction. I may as well be 100% committed and all in if I really want to overcome this beast once and for all!!!
