More Withdrawals...?

I've been attempting to go back on a long streak, potentially a permanent one this time. I've gone for about a week at a time over the last two months or so PMO free before briefly relapsing. My last long streak started in February and lasted 48 days. At that point I had developed very poor digestion and stomach issues which lead me to relapse thinking it would go away. It did, but not immediately, and I still have remnants of it, just not nearly as bad. However, the last several days I've begun to feel tightness and pressure in my chest and difficulty breathing. I've also had a dry cough, unable to hack anything up, not very persistent but I'll cough a few times within the hour. A few days ago my heart felt like it was beating fast and hard. I've taken my blood pressure and both my heart rate and BP appear normal. I walk for an hour every night and don’t notice the issue nearly as much when I'm moving as when I'm resting. I have read on the forums of other people experiencing this, but I'd like to know more of the specifics of what other people have experienced with these symptoms. Anyone that has gone through this or something similar, please let me know down below...

 

Yeah... I went to the Urgent Care about 10 months ago for breathing problems (I'm assuming linked to PMO) and they found nothing wrong with me. They did tests of my blood and heart and found nothing and told me everything was normal. So I'm pretty sure there's nothing physically wrong with my heart this time either, but I don't know. It'd be helpful to hear what others who've experienced this have to say...

 

I think it could definitely. I've had anxiety pretty badly both from excessive PMO and due to withdrawal symptoms after abstaining...

 

Yeah I don’t doubt it. I’m just wondering how much is from anxiety and how much is from withdrawals...or both. I’d rather not take medication if I can avoid it because I don’t want to introduce another stimulant to my brain while trying to reboot...
