well it’s been 18 days and I am finding the mornings the most difficult. After working all day and then coming home to my wife there is no temptation. But the mornings I have at least a hour to get ready for work and it’s just me and my I Pad. But still continuing no relapse

Keep going, after the first month the cravings will decrease.

I found that my cravings come during the midday or around that time. In order to prepare for that time, I always try to be incredibly busy. Some days I was able to clear the entire midday without feeling an urge; other days, I would immediately relapse. So my advice is read your Bible and pray first thing in the morning and try to keep your mind on God and not the urges. If you are not religious, write down what triggers you and why you want to beat your addiction. So, when the urges hit you and fog your brain to where you can't think clearly, simply read your message to yourself.
Good luck brother, you are only 2 days away from my best! Keep fighting!

So true! Something about mornings is really rough for me and I feel lots of us.

Try to make it a habit, the second your alarm goes off jump out of bed, and doa few healthy morning activities, such as drinking a tall glass of water, the. Journaling for 10-15 minutes, then meditate, then exercise.

After that you should be awake and beyond that pain point.

Do whatever you can to no use your surroundings as an escape from the real world.

I’ve had intense sex dreams the past 3 nights, and it’s been making my mornings really tough. But after the above routine I’m doing fine. Crazy how that works.

Thanks for the help & advice, it’s 5:30 and I just got up and having a cup of coffee. The first thing I do is open this site and look for inspiration from everyone here . Also I always sit just outside of the bedroom door. As my wife has excellent hearing she is my accountability, I don’t want to let her down.
