Morning meditation

  1. Hi everyone my name is Re-Life. Named myself after one of my favorite Anime's and the year I broke free of porn and lived life to the fullest. Today I would just like to start out with a morning meditation for success and clarity.


    Meditation


    Take at least five minutes to focus on your breath. Notice your thought's coming in from the left and right hemispheres of your brain. But your main focus is the center of your mind. Your safe zone where you feel in control and a sense of calmness. Focus your attention to the center of your forehead and let your body relax with each breath.


    1. Visualize your self. Your starting your senior year of High School, feel the freedom that is coming during the summer. You realize that this is going to be the best summer of your life. You feel so free and blissful that you are above the clouds. You've been threw three years of being pestered with tests, bullies, relationships that haven't meant a thing. Most of all your mind bullying you to escape your reality, escaping to a safe zone. Your escape zone is now going to be this summer.

    2. You recognize this freedom as you've had it before. It's assembled and re wired into our brain since being a child. Everyday you are being taken care of, you feel comfort, happiness, playful, and out going. It is starting to sink into your minds eye, most of all your body which is processing these feelings now. Woman don't matter, nothing negative doesn't matter, you fully realize you want to quit. There is a major reward in progress. Just for three months, your safe, your comforted, your aligned.


    3. You are now finding hobbies to enjoy. Your mind is feeling more clarity each and every day. Nature is especially ringing a bell to your inner mind. Feeling the sun is a fantastic feeling. Getting out side for two hours a day is priceless and doesn't cost a thing. You have this control and success coming towards your soul. Your body says your done, enjoy life. Enjoy life to the fullest and stop sabotaging your eyes from false reality. You got this in the bag! Your Done! You are FREE!

    Say this statement as many times as you need to. Feel the freedom in your own gut mentally and physically. You have every right to respect your body, growth, and success. You have this controlled mechanism and its at the palms of your hands.

    Take 5 to 10 minutes to relax on breathing. Still focus on the center of your mind and most of all breath. Slowly come back wiggle around and let it all sink in to reality.


    The summer of 2010 I rebooted. I felt the success, control, and enjoyment back into my life. Four years I was free from being bullied and able to enjoy my self. I hope this helps anyone that is struggling.
