Morning Wood

    Anyone here have morning wood return to them as a result of abstaining from porn and masturbation? I haven't had morning wood in probably seven years or more. I have low free testosterone, I know that as well. I have abstained from PM for 17 days now. I've had four O's with my wife in that time. Erection quality has gotten better, as has sensation. It was never "bad", and I never had any instances of not being able to rise to the occasion, but it seemed like there could have been some more blood go in; I remember being stiffer/seemingly fuller in my 20's. Do you think that continuing to go no PM will restore my little man and also even bring some morning wood? Or do you think that I need to even go less frequent on the O's as well? This is just a little experiment.

    Does going "hard mode" for a time make the morning wood rise from the grave? Your experiences will be appreciated, fellow fapstronauts.
     
  2. In my experience: yes. Although I am still in my late 20s. Erections get noticeable harder and like a teenager you get more morning wood/random erections at times when you're on a high streak - except during flatline.

    You could also try cutting out foods that lead to atherosclerosis/clogging of arteries for two or three weeks, i.e. meat, oils, dairy, eggs (saturated fat/cholesterol). Might be worth a shot if you're worried about blood-flow down there.

    Sometimes my boner wakes me up at night lol so in my experience abstaining from porn has definitely an influence.

    Dude I have been getting serious night ragers lately. Like beyond hard. Pulsating madness that feels like throbbing steel.

    So happy I can just let the energy rage without touching it.

    Ya hardmode should do it. If you have the incentive shoot for 90 and have the wife know of your goals if you are inclined and she does not already.

    Ever heard of karezza? @ILoathePwife and @ILoathePorn were big into discussing it from what I have seen.

    Yeah, the other night it was so strong I started laughing for some reason. It felt good to feel that energy again and not waste it.

    I am 28, been masturbating since I was 13, so wasted 15 years of my life for nothing.
    I’ve never had any wet dreams.
    I started my NoFap run on 5th January and after the 4th or 5th day of no abstinence I started getting regular morning wood. No wet dreams yet however

    don't ve to hopeful of wet dreams, I quit for over a year once, and never had one. I am back on day one again. got into p subs, now back on track.

    I never really lost morning wood even when I was PMO'ing regularly, but I've been getting night ragers more often and intensely even after 5 days. Usually I would PMO in the night to fall back asleep, now the erection keeps me up. I'm trying to relax and meditate to fall asleep, it's getting easier with each day. Getting up to urinate sometimes helps.

    Ive been NoFap for 4 years now on and off. Though, only once in the past 15 months. And I get it every morning sometimes more than that.

    I get it every morning sometimes coupke times a morning.

    I recall hearing/reading somewhere a long time ago that it is your bodies maintenance and cleaning of that organ. As it will do so with your Liver, nervous system, etc.

    I havent had one in as long as I can remember. One of my main goals of Nofap is to regain Morning Wood, and I will take that as a sign of improved hormonal health. Then I will get tests to back up my hypothesis!
