^ Seems like an "inflammatory" response, lol. This thread isn't discussing politics although it is about discussing politics, lol, and people are still getting upset. The only solution is to ban all discourse, all topics, and all posters.

 

Did you mind my post humorous in a positive way, or are you belittling me? If the later I am now upset, in which case this thread and topic should be banned. It is causing inflammatory postings and responses.

As for the whole politics thing, the reason you can't change their minds[i.e they don't care about your opinion] is that most people talking politics are spouting propaganda and on some level have an agenda. They don't really care about truth or right, they just want support for their cause and to get their way. They will lie and do whatever else to get it.
