Hi guys I'm here to tell you that No! shitty thing like PMO can’t defeat the warrior inside you, you are strong and you can fight those urges, so get up and complete your journey.
Always remember that RIP MR PMO

    Hi guys
Don’t relapse otherwise you will lose all the benefits of nofap and it will make you depressed. Think about this, if you relapse you have to start your journey again, from the very beginning.

    Hi guys
I know right now you are fighting with strong urges of PMO but believe me these urges are temporary, after some couple of hours these urges will go away, so be strong and fight like a warrior.

    Hi guys
Work hard for what you want because it won’t come to you without a fight. You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to. If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive
    Stay hard

    Hi guys
Remember your dreams and fight for them. You must know what you want from life. There is just one thing that makes your dream become impossible and that the fear of failure
    Stay hard

    Hi guys
When your past calls, don’t answer. It has nothing new to say.”
Don’t fall back into old habits, you are not the same person that you were then. Try to remember how miserable you were in active addiction, and you will never go down that path again.

Not always; someone who has relapsed after 90 days of abstinence isn't the same as someone who relapsed after 2 days let's say. Personally I think we should give credits to those who have managed to abstain from PMO for a long time period of time even if they relapsed once or twice along the way as it is still an accomplishment and it doesn't necessarily reset their counter.
