Movies?

Don't feel guilty. Random stuff like that is going to turn you on. Just don't go looking for movies with too much sexual subject matter, and don't rewind/rewatch the scenes that get you sexually excited. Don't look for stimulating material, don't dwell on it, and don't let things escalate. Your body will do its thing, but you are the driver of your mind.

 

The point of this isn't to never ever have a sexual thought or desire. Even monks hidden away in monasteries with no women or media around for miles still have sexual thoughts.

The point is to not let sexual thoughts and behaviours completely rule over your life, sucking away all your time and energy. There's a healthy medium between having no sexual thoughts at all and playing out detailed fantasies in your head that you allow to linger and tempt you towards PMO.
