    Hello everyone.
As i said in another post, i just completed 102 days no pmo streak last month, and was basically sucessful in giving up masturbation forever.
I wanted to discuss another benefit of nofap, which is muscle gain without doing much about it!
So basically, i am getting more and more muscular (although not like a bodybuilder, standard muscle) and massive, just by doing nofap, and leaving a balanced lifestyle, good eating and a bit of physical activity, but no intensive sport or anything.
I have reached peaks of virility i never had previously. I am not saying i am ultra virile, but more than i ever was. Just with nofap, balanced lifestyle.

Last time i ejaculated, i had the physical intuition my body was evolving in a less muscular way. Those intuitions are very important to me because they are the things that led me to discover the adverse effects of sexuality 8 years ago. I know it can seems weird but i get a lot of insights this way, through intuition, and they are almost all of the time right.

I get the feeling after a few weeks of nofap, i get superior nourrishment, with the same amount of foods and activity. I can't explain it otherwise.

What do you think? How does your experience relate to this?

There are so many independent variables in real life that it is virtually impossible to deduce reliable causal relationships between anything. Except for the very direct ones, like: 'If I drink 5 liters of beer I have to puke my brains out'; you can be pretty sure about that causal relationship. But anything more complex, nope.

For the same reason scientific research is so damned hard.

But in the end what matters is what you experience and how relevant it is to you.

  3. and the bummer ' subcutaneous fat' i felt i was gaining mass too, but in the wrong places. hope you don't.
