    I PMoed 3 times in the last 2 days , will i loose muscle mass? Im freaked with that , i taked tribullus after PMO but that shit makes also ky libido high so i even get more horny and with need to fap....

    PMO does not directly reduce muscle mass. However it could do so indirectly by impeding your motivation to work out and reducing the amount of sleep you get.

    Bro, muscle mass is the last thing you need to worry about. You need to worry about brain mass. Read some of the articles on YBOP. This PMO addiction shrinks the grey and white matter of your brain, impairs executive functions and causes hypofrontality. It is similar to the brain damage substance addiction (i.e. alcohol or meth) causes.

    so you just take his word for it without him giving you any in-depth explanation of any kind? not that i disagree with him but a short one liner is enough for you? at least you did not ask it to these guys down in the abstinence sub-forum they might have convinced you that you can become a girl-magnet superman.
    can you recommend some? many of them as the site itself admit "read as though there is little brain research on the effects of porn"; i read this one https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3050060/ and they don't seem as confident as you(they also equal all and any sources of addiction as basically the same wether they be exogenous or no). YBOP have a tendency to use anecdotes that are imo absolutely useless(same go for the book).

    even if you have 10 ejaculations daily that is not even 4% of your daily protein intake(or thereabout) to say nothing of the compulsion to eat post-orgasm.
    As for your body mass i am guessing you either take supplement, protein(maybe even steroid) or you changed your whole diet; no way just stopping sex made it increase on its own.
