Music and Forced Smiles for gentle dopamine?

    I've been thinking about the importance of finding other sources of dopamine, gentle dopamine, wholesome dopamine.

    I know she talked about that in the book Willpower Instinct, but can't find the quote.

    If you completely starve your brain of dopamine, it will create massive urges to get some.

    The idea is to find enjoyable things that provide some dopamine, but not a crazy amount like from gaming

    For example, even if you don't feel like it, put on some music, tap your foot, try to feel happy.
