Yeah, it occurred to me today that eating 6+ eggs a day and taking tongkat and ashwagandha was pretty dumb.

I was getting high on testosterone. I'm going to start on a plant based diet and cut out the eggs and the rest.

As for my attraction to darkness, I tend to think of it more as personality than anything else. I tend to as a rule like to look directly at a painful truth than ignore it. I can't help it.

So I know: Porn blockers don't work. I can bypass all of them.

Testosterone without work will make nofap harder, not easier.

Clean or dirty diet will affect your mind as much as anything else.

When I get urges I need to go OUTSIDE.

I could write an essay with the way I am feeling right now. This is not a passing emotion. I'm not feeling down as in depressed, no I am not a depressed person.
