    Hello everyone

My life till last month was a mess and so was my brain (and my unclean untidy room) ... I was a loser and extremely unproductive and procrastinating unhappy person

Okay time to go easy on myself..

I really had lot of issues which justified my current state..

I had problem in getting too attached and tolerating emotional abuse(plus i was a love addict) which is why i suffered from lot of mental health problems

    -depression
    -ptsd
    -Ruminations
    -maladaptive daydreaming

    -anxiety
-lack of concentration (= poor marks)
    - SEVERE ADHD
    EtcEtc

That being said i plan to leave past in past and do my level best to be the best version of me (=THAT IS WHY I POSTED IN SELF IMPROVEMENT SECTION)

    MY POWER UPS

    1)MEDITATION
    Morning schedule
    - 3 minutes breathing exercises in morning
    - stepping of autopilot meditation ( for concentration)
    - timed meditation
    - guided meditatation
    2) PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
    - workouts
    - clean my room
    3) SPIRITUALITY :
    - 5 PRAYERS ( on time with concentration) + HOLY BOOK (30 minutes)
    4) ACADEMICS :
AT LEAST TWO HOURS OF STUDY

    5) PARTIAL DOPAMINE DETOX(=NO youtube no music)

WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED FROM TOMORROW

Great job Mr. Fighter_4_life. Just saying these things proves that you do care about yourself and that you do want to improve.

Do you know what a habit is? A general defination is a small action you take in response to something. So, a habit's basically (trigger -> action -> reward). It also doesn't use up willpower. If you haven't, try and turn these powerups into habits (or at the very least, one at a time). #5 is a special case and is more of removing a habit. Treat #5 like you treat Nofap.

Failure is inevitable. That doesn't mean you should let them drag you down. Keep on going and you'll make it.

    It's actually a miss, @L3t'sG0

    @Fighter_4_life mash Allah sister
Keep up the good work and be sure to stick to those prayers. These are what we should focus on the most. They are our line of contact with Allah and the only way to thank him for the blessing he gave us.

You called her a Mr. When she's actually a female.
You do know that Ms. Go for females and Mr. Goes for males, don't you?

It's all good. You listened and you corrected yourself when you found out that you made a mistake. Well done.

Thank you so much for your wise words brother @Thors :)

Recite what has been revealed to you and pray regularly. Surely prayer restrains you from INDECENCY AND EVIL - QURAN

Gotta make sure to secure this prayer. It helps SO MUCH. I even relapsed because I slept and missed it. Other than that, Well done on making the worthwhile.

I am happy to know that you are trying to improve yourself. In fact , being ready to improve and doing efforts to improve is a real success. Keep on going. The path to self improvement is not linear. It has ups and downs. Someday, you will feel down. Other day, you might feel high. You may face withdrawals ( urge to go back to previous routine with unpleasant emotional feelings ), but keep on going. Inshallah, you will be alright.
