    These 2 are the most important - well they're all important but these 2 give you the most. Praying Isha in groups or جماعة gives you half the اجر for praying قيام الليل All the night. Praying the Fajr also gives you half. Praying them both can give you age for praying the whole night. Best wishes, sister. You can do this.

    I don't usually miss isha .. I accidently missed it.. Due to sleep...
    I promise from tomorrow i will pray for fajr on time in sha Allah

    Day 4:
    MEDITATION
    Morning schedule
    - 3 minutes breathing exercises in morning
    - guided meditation for stress(12 minutes)
    - timed meditation (4 minutes)
    - self love meditation (7 minutes)
    Quality of meditation was great

    What i learned:
    The success in handling stress lies in our ability to choose one thought over another

    2) PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
    Cold shower
    Workout
    Cleaned my room

    3) SPIRITUALITY :
    - 4 PRAYERS ( on time with concentration) + HOLY BOOK
    Plus I will be setting reminder for fajr


    4) ACADEMICS :
    Zero(reason is that i spend more time in recovery websites +articles reading: i procrastinate on studies anyways)

    5) PARTIAL DOPAMINE DETOX(=NOyoutube no music) (13/30)
    Ps_watched necessary nofap videos on youtube+ video from some recovery websites


    State of brain : I still can feel pain sensations in my brain (like needles shooting) .
    Day score :60%

    Woke up 4 fajr


    4) ACADEMICS :
    Zero(i was upset+ didn't have motivation )

    5) PARTIAL DOPAMINE DETOX(=NO youtube no music) (14/30)
    Exception;video from some recovery websites


    State of brain : I still can feel(Although less) pain sensations in my brain (like needles shooting) .

    MEDITATION

    - timed meditation (4 minutes)
    Quality of meditation was excellent

    What i learned:
    A new day is a fresh try, one more start with a bit of magic hiding somewhere in the morning
    The day ahead is like a blank paper clean and clear there is nothing written on it yet


    2) PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
    Cold shower
    No workout
    Cleaned my room ( got comments for my tidy room very rare)

    3) SPIRITUALITY :
    - 4 PRAYERS ( on time ) + HOLY BOOK
    Woke up 4 fajr was a bit late
    -unintentionally missed magrib

    4) ACADEMICS :
    4 hr (wow)

    5) PARTIAL DOPAMINE DETOX(=NO youtube no music) (16/30)
