    I'm not sure about hurting anyone but I did something that I regret doing as a kid. Multiple things, actually. It's best to move on and just not bring up the past. I hate myself when I put it on the excuse I was just a child back then. It doesn't help the situation but hey, I'm good now. Its time to move forward and keep pressing on.
    Good luck and lets do this.

    In my case, I just use as the last weapon against urges. Cold showers kills urges.

    Moisturize, sleep well, And good hair care products.. Honestly don't know much of it even though I am a girl...
    Cold shower helps really...
    True and with time and effort that scar can fade

    Day 21
    MEDITATION
    Breathing exercises :9 minutes
    Guided mediation :10 minutes
    Timed meditation :6minutes
    Meditation alleviating addiction :10 minutes. (this was really nice and it was based on 5 step of 12 step recovery)
    Total: 35 minutes
    Meditation time :in the morning which is good
    Meditation quality : excellent
    Addition to Overthinking is fruitless since there is nothing we can do to change the events of past and future has yet not happened. The present moment is the only one that matters where we live, where we make choices, where we create changes in our life


    2) PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
    Woke up at 6.00am

    Cold shower
    workout 10 minutes
    clean my room
    balancing

    4) ACADEMICS :
    30 minutes of Spanish
    Zero academic

    5) PARTIAL DOPAMINE DETOX
    3/30

    6)Spiritual

    4 prayers + read holy book fajr miss

    State of brain : maladaptive daydream

    My 10 day result report - day 11-20
    Meditation : improved the time
    Average 22 minutes which is great.. Besides tried wonderful 12 step meditations 8/10


    Room cleaning : almost always fine 9/10

    Cold showers :good progress 5/10

    Workouts :2/10 which is great.. I did some sleep time stretching which really improved quality of my sleep.. In fact I am on workout streak and also I try balancing exercises

    Dopamine detox :6/10 binged on music ended 22 day streak but started again

    Academics : good steak on Spanish learned but still sucks at real academics

    Spiritual :missed lot of prayers this week which is not good

    AVERAGE SCORE OF WEEK WAS 25%

    Introducing new goals:
    1) wake up at 5 am
    2) complete most power ups by 9.00 am

    Oof sis I LOVE how you goin harder. Best of luck, you’re a warrior. I’m genuinely wondering, please don’t take it the wrong way I don’t mean to be disrespectful: do you want to reach a 100? Do you think it’s possible? Or are you fine with say 80?

    I am trying hard but as I had written I have to battle lot of mental issues as well especially Ptsd and I am really hard on nofap thing doing that monk mode
    I just to increase my productivity in academic I don't do up to the mark and I still face myself Ruminating and getting flashback... I dont know what to do
    It is like the only way to pass the hell is through I guess..
    Still I feel happy for my progress..
    I think meditation really helped me achieve a Good streak (my best till now) on nofap which in turn is helping me in cold showers and cleaning my room and Spanish learning.. It is just one small step at a time and I guess recovery will take time.. I just don't know I hope I will be fine

    You'll be fine. You're doing well and you're putting good efforts in. You got this...Just push a little more and keep praying that allah may guide you to better places in life.

    I am most probably taking a 4 day break due to extremely busy schedule I had.. And i excuse myself from not practicing power ups coz I honestly didn't have time for them...

    So i might just start with day 24 with a bang

    Learned about something called "tapas" which means in yoga terminology "endurance".. Learn to endure difficult times till it passes to finally achieve lifelong transformation

    " One of the positive benefits that I observed of meditation is that it greatly eases my journey of nofap.. The days I didn't meditate it was very hard for me.. Meditation is my key power up for nofap "

    I've seen this twice now. You missed fajr and another prayer. Gotta keep it together. Those prayers help us balance our lives in the first place.

    I do love it tremendously.. I just didn't have time yesterday
    I feel same
    Exactly.. I think I have limited mental power and lot of issues to deal with (OCD, Ptsd, this addiction, rumination, studies).. I just need to push my limits . I know they are hard but probably only way to go.. I need to try better and try harder and that begins with waking early (fajr time) and getting all power ups done before afternoon so that I can have noon period for studies)
