    Sure definitely..
    I already did but destroying my 33 day streak and having to start all over again
    But anyways won't happen again

    You relapsed only once or twice. You're not starting over from falling into 2 holes on the ground. You're getting better and making more progress.
    That should be your priority since the chaser effect might come in anytime so just be on your guard to not slip up again.

    Target 1: MENTAL
    1) MEDITATION

    - breathing exercise: 9 minutes
    - guided meditation (10+6 minutes)
    - timed meditation(6 minutes)
    - practiced in morning
    - quality average
    Every experience has three reactions, physical, emotional, cognitive..
    All we have to do is quicken our transaction from emotional response to cognitive response (ie rational decision making, what to do next kinda thinking)

    2)READING SELF IMPROVEMENT BOOKS /WATCHING VIDEOS (new)
    -Watched one spiritual video
    "Satan promises nothing but delusion
    And pmo /mo /fantasy is one such thing.. We start it as an escape because somewhere it makes our miserable life happy but it is a delusion it just pushes you deeper and deeper into sadness

    - watched man of action(#5) series by Universal man absolutely love it.. It was regarding productivity

    -LIMIT RUMINATING THOUGHT/MALADAPTIVE DAYDREAMS TO LESS THAN 5% EACH (

    Maladaptive daydream /escapism =1%
    Ruminations/intrusive thoughts :20%


    TARGET 2: PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
    -no workout in morning (valid reason)
    - balancing exercise done
    - cold showers (in morning) done
    - woke up at 6

    Target 3: SPRITUALITY
    - quran every day
    -fajr miss :(

    -TARGET 4: PRODUCTIVITY
    - 1 hours study
    - no Spanish learning from duolingo

    - cleaned my room.

    Good day score but that fajr gotta be prayed. I don't care if the day was unproductive or productive. A day I prayed fajr in is 100% because I'm in Allah's will. Those who pray fajr are in it. No evil shall touch those who are in Allah's will. It literally is our version good luck charm.

    Same here praying fajr brings calm like never before but i find it very very difficult to get up in morning as I sleep approximately at 1.00 am and I have to get early for fajr..
    Initially I used to wake up at 8.00-9.00am but now I reduced it to 6.00 am still I couldn't wake up at fajr time as I have to get up at 5.00 am (that means 4 hours of sleep which is less) .. And plus I cannot sleep before 12.00 am..
    So if I fix my sleep issue I may end up in waking at 5 and praying fajr.. Hopefully

    Just sleep at 8 or 10,if you can. 'Cause that's when I sleep and I feel alive then,so I won't be dozing when I'm praying.

    I know this I have to win there is ko other option except to fight..
    I am a fighter and I am fighting for a life I life that I wouldn't need to escape from
    And it is worth the grind .

    Target 1: MENTAL

    - practiced in morning
    - quality above average

    Today i leaned about step 9 of 12 step..
    Focused on making amends with people or things you did wrong.. Ask forgiveness from them. Their response is not your responsibility.. You need to detach from recipients response


    Well didn't work for me coz I didn't hurt anyone except maybe God or parents by not living up to their expectations


    2)READING SELF IMPROVEMENT BOOKS /WATCHING VIDEOS (new)

    -Watched one spiritual video
    Gave me goosebumps honestly

    - watched videos by Universal man absolutely love it.. It was regarding nofap and how promiscuity isn't female empowering. Gave good insights.. Even though I am not that promiscuous irl but it kinda gave perspective about how men respond to someone they get triggered

    -LIMIT RUMINATING THOUGHT/MALADAPTIVE DAYDREAMS TO LESS THAN 5% EACH (

    Maladaptive daydream /escapism =2%
    Ruminations/intrusive thoughts :5%


    But excessive self reflection on why I am where I am today and I don't know whether to classify it as good or bad nonetheless it wasted more than half of my day

    Result =day 0 and binging on stupid fantasies,from 3.00 am in morning till 6.00 pm ( only fantasies but I am doing monk mode so I reset)

    But please sincere about Fajr prayer!
    My kind suggestion is ensure before you go to sleep, your mobile or wach is turned on alarm!
    Second is , popular sayings is " "early to bed", early rise ,makes a men healthy, wealthy, & wise!!
    If you go to sleep early at closed to 10 or 11 pm, then it will be easier for you to wake up in fajr prayer timely.
    Third & main thing is ,your willingness!!
    The depth of your desire to perform fajr prayer on time. If your willing power level is high, then you will be success to perform fajr prayer!
    May Allah help you to overcome this obstacles!
    & pray for me to Allah! I'm on 18 days no fapping!

    She has a valid reason for not being able to pray fajr. Think for a second before writing that.
    C'mon,fighter. How long are you going to stay down there? You know It's shit down there and not worth your time being there. It's time to shine and rise,my dear sister. You can do this. BELIEVE in yourself (even tho you probably do). Once again,Good luck!

    Ya fajr is something I definitely need to work about and also my sleep pattern
    I do set an alarm but I close it and then go to sleep so I tried putting my phone on floor so that I needed to at least get out of my bed to close it...
    That will make sleeping again difficult..
    This thing works
    Still I know I am lagging behind..
    But after few days when I will start praying then hopefully I will Maintain fajr consistency.

    Amen to your prayers and Ya I will pray for you as well. You are going good.

    Sure Thors today is day 2,
    Things have been very easy...
    As far as my mental health is considered I am doing excellent.. I recovered a lot.. All thanks to Allah..
    And i think I will beat the addiction as well...
    And yes it is indeed time to rise and shine :)

    - practiced some parts morning some at night
    - quality average
    It was about 11 step and that was to believe in higher power.. And ask higher power to bless our decision and surrender all the worries to him..
    And to recognize that we do not struggle we leave the worries to god

    I really liked that



    2)READING SELF IMPROVEMENT BOOKS /WATCHING VIDEOS (new)

    -Watched lot of spiritual video


    - read few pages from pdf related to nofap ..
    REBOOT regimen by Universal man...it is amazing.. I highly recommend it.. You can download the pdf from his YouTube channel
    Regimen 1: it was about positive self talk in moments of stress/craving.. But to do that ground your body by taking few long deep breaths and ease all the tenses Muscles... After wards write about your worry or whatever is making to crave on paper, describe it fully and then using your rational brain address your emotional side and stop it to reset..
