Day 16 of NNN. I'm still standing!

 

Day 19 of NNN. With 3 (unperfect, but worth mentioning) months before, I think I'm back to normal. I fulfil all the conditions on the YBOP site. No more flatlines, morning erections, cravings are manageable. I don't feel like I have superpowers, but I definitely have better mood, no more brain fog, more clarity. I also feel the need to socialize, to connect with others. Music sounds better, life challenges feel more approachable.

This is for the ones that think that only with perfect streaks you can heal. Stop watching P, try to abstain from MO as much as possible and healing will happen.
