Only once in my life did I hear about an armpit fetish. No matter. Thats why this disease is so tricky, you are subjected to it everywhere. Im an assman myself. Everywhere you go and everywhere you look. The yoga pant is at once my best friend and my worst enemy, lol
You have to fight the urge to look, and then to fixate. You need to divert your attention and redirect your thoughts. You cant walk around blindfolded so its really the only thing you can do. It does get easier, but its challenging to say the least. What else can you say?

 

Delete Instagram. There's no actual noteworthy content or real enjoyment on that site anyway. Simple.

 

mhmhm. This is the reason as to why I left facebook. in the first place. For different reasons as well too.

 

I dont have any of it. Im old enough to never really have given a shit about social media in general. Maybe that makes me a square but Id say its a 50/50.
Whatever the reason Im not tempted. Deleting it is probably a good idea....

 

Man sexual fetishes are so weird. I always wonder how they develop neurologically. It's like getting a random lottery, in which everyone is dished out a random kink.

 

There's plenty of sites to share your pictures that do not come with the easy acces to triggering content.
And, is the sharing of photo's your hobby? Or taking them? I keep most of the nice pictures I've taken of the years for myself, maybe showing them to friends that I know are into photography or aesthetics IRL, which is a lot more fun anyway, as a lot of pictures or places where you take pictures have some backstory behind them.

Maybe you should set yourself serious, severe boundaries. If perusing pictures is a trigger, you could say - go without instagram for about a month or two and see how that goes. Or find a means to just post images without being able to see others. (Any possible plug-ins, or websites suitable for this.)

 

Good on you man, don't get in the habit of browsing around too much, there's always triggering content to be found. Better to just share stuff and leave it at that, or follow a couple of folks that you know make SFW content.
