    Hey everyone,

    Firstly, thank you to all who respond as I probably need more than one person’s advice. I am not a newbie to NoFap, I just don’t know where to post my question. My question is; am I allowed, or is it wise, to have a picture of me for my avatar? I can see only one reason why not, for anonymity sake.

    My feeling is that I could be ashamed of a lot worse.

    It's your choice. Unless you make note of it, no one will know it if it is you or some random pic from the internet.

    It's up to you. If you feel safe enough to show the real you, who cares if "somebody" find out your real story.

    I whole heartedly agree with your last sentence. I should feel shame, but I don’t in a weird way. I feel safe here.
