    I am in the same situation man. One last time is racing in my head all the time. But it's bullshit, I jave had more one last times then Days in haha.

    Just staying strong and dont let the thought get you into the "how would it feel" zone. Accept the craving but don't give it attention. Try to do the same here damnn

    man I'm the same. all i can think about is porn. just one more time. i have no idea how I'm meant to get through the next hour, let alone the whole evening. my house is empty tonight as well theres nothing to take my mind off it, its unreal

    What do you do after waking up? Do you work or go to school? what time do you wake up? Waking up earlier can help you feel better about yourself and thus less likely to fap but you'll need to go to bed earlier too. What does your day look like?

    I usually go to bed after 11:30 wake up 7-8 am after take proper meal listen music suffering net after that I have a routine of 5-6hrs of betting in cricket matches for living after in evng do excersise do prayer then hangout with my frnd after watch you tube 1-2 hr go to Bed.

    One last time it says...I try, I really do but sometimes one last time sounds way too tempting...but it will keep begging for it until you're sucked back into the hell hole we all crawled out of...

    "One last time" and "hey X days in between is better than it used to be so it's okay to slip today" derailed my solo, unsupported attempts to quit, and led me to a shattered marriage. It's hell.

    Hey bro, i don't know if this will work for you but it's been working for me. Stay away from mindless internet browsing and don't have many windows open at once. Focus on one thing instead of constantly clicking the next link. Too much internet releases dopamine and it leads us to become dependent on the constant stimulation dopamine provides. I recommend you read a book instead of using the internet especially at the times you relapse. If you must use the internet then go to a public place like the library or sit in the living room with your family or roomates so you will be less likely to watch something inappropriate.     yes now i have to do some changes in schedule to go early in bed and wake before 6am .
    i think i have to add one or two more activity instead of internet browsing.
