My coworker has a crush on someone

Im having a tight situation at work right now. So I have a coworker that seems to have a crush on another female worker. I like them both and I believe theyre good people. However theres a problem. He has a crush on her and she doesnt like him. I thought about hooking them up but I dont know. If he knew the truth he would be devastated. And if she knew he liked her than she might be even more uncomfortable. Its a tough position for my coworker and I dont know how to help him.

Yeah this is something that is completely out of my control. One might have to deal with the pain and the other might have to deal with the guilt. Its sad on both ends. But youre right its very complicated.
 
I agree with the previous post, and keep out of it. Any time you mix romance and work, you get into a tough situation. You're better off not saying anything and avoiding it completely.

Yeah I hear what youre saying. The worst part about all of this is that theyve both expressed their feelings to me separately already. As of now I do have to step back and let things unfold on their own. Its just difficult because Ive never been in this situation.

I don't know man. I've known these people for only 3 weeks and I'm currently in a new job position. He's already going through a lot, and I don't want him to go through another heartbreak. You would understand wouldn't you?
