MY DAILY JOURNAL AGAIN.

    yesterday i busted the nut.

    now onwards i am going to track -

    productive day -
    early morning -
    no time waste -
    no staying aroused -
    no erections due to youtube or any other site -
    no negative activity which impedes me from staying pious-
    no talking to beautiful ladies -
    using my cell phone/computer strictly for work purposes -
    wake up daily between 4:45 - 5:30am. -
    deep work -
    overcome my competition by working twice as hard as other people. -
    staying god fearing and religious man, even if post nofap anger comes in-

    i quit the alcohol because yesterday i relapsed due to alcohol. bitchiest thing on earth is this fucking alcohol. i am breaking my relationship with alcohol. i used to love alcohol to relieve myself of stress. but it always gave me more stress, i did stupid stuff under influence.



    i am not going to come here every single day, i'll be updating here once on 10-15 days of successful week or two.

    initial target of 9 months,,, i have done 150 days. lets see how 270 days are going to be

    what i am doing along with the nofap
    1) running 2-3 times a week
    2) lifting daily
    3) waking up early
    4) taking great diet rich in micro nutrients and proteins.
    5) less sugar.

    lets see how these 270 days would change me.
    why 270 days? - because a mother takes 9 months from fertilization to birth of a new life.
    i need my new birth now.

    i embraced nofap 2 years back, and making streaks of varying numbers. and first time in my life i can see my body to be growing muscular. i was always a tall lean skinny fat person. but now in these times i am growing bigger fast. people around me are starting to notice the change.

    took astrazeneca oxford covid shot.. lethargic and sore muscles so cannot do lifting for may be 2-3 days.

    i was having mood swings lately. so i am going to set the target.

    make a video a day.
    wake up at 4 oclock. morning for running and evening for lifting. 4-5am morning and 6-7pm in evening.
    5-8am productivity slot everyday.

    5 hours of work time for self development.
