My diet for 9 days :)

  1. Hello brothers and sisters! I have always heard about how a heavy diet, fast foods, coffee tea stimulants etc; weakens intestines leading to uncontrollable sexual urges and eventually pmo for me. I have created a chart that i started to follow since today morning and i will continue it till next 9 days.

    7:45 AM= 2 bananas, a cup of milk

    2:00 PM= 3 bananas, an apple, a cup of green tea

    6:00 PM= a cup of green tea, chana

    7:45 PM= brown rice porridge..

    Rules:

    1) No tea, coffee, stimulants
    2) No fast food, ice-cream
    3) Go to temple.
    4) Drink plenty of water
    5) No other stimulants
    6) No oily food, fried food
    7) No spicy food offcourse

    I am feeling very light from inside and obviously, yoga and meditation will be there in my schedule.

    Lol I've never heard of this. 5 bananas per day seem kind of a lot to me but interesting nonetheless. Report back with what you find.

    Read about Casein protein in dairy. Casein protein in dairy works on the opiod and dopamine receptors, the same receptors that heroin works on. That's why you always feel a sense of pleasure when you drink milk. It's like a drug, it often causes people to relapse, because of the drug like properties it has, It can be very addicting and cause a crash. Many people feel quitting dairy helps them quit porn.

    Also Bananas have my sugar then any other fruit. About 26grams in a stanard banana, compared to 6 grams in a cup of blackberries. Your blood sugars are going to be up & down all day.

    Seriously, you need some protein and fat in there

    Also green tea has caffeine and its antioxiidant properties are overated asf anyway

    Also brown rice pudding is stupid

    Get the nutritional values (back of your food package of use a website: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/) of what you eat and try to get a diet with :
    60% carb, 25% protein, 15% fat (more or less)
    (around 1700/1800 kcal to loose weight and 2200/2300 kcal to gain, if your a guy)

    Don't listen to this idiot either. You can't lose weight with that many carbs. Too much insulin and your blood sugars will be crazy and you'll end up eating more

    Thank for your honest opinion I've been doing workout for 9 years with excellent results according to my body, don't hesitate to share you ideas :) maybe you'll help me to drop bellow 11% (I'm actually at 12% with that diet ^^)
