My Fight against Porn

I am a 16 year old high school junior (11th grade) and I have struggled with masturbation and porn in various forms for about 4 years now. I know it is wrong and I want more than anything to get better from it. It keeps me from being my true self, and as a practicing Catholic, it hinders my relationship with God. That is one of the reasons I joined this community - the members are all Christian and my wish is that you pray for me and support me in my fight as I will for you as a member of this community.

I have been a member of the Fortify community for almost a year now after I opened up about my problem for the first time to a close friend. I encourage all of you, especially those under 18 like myself, to join, it has helped me tremendously. However, I wanted to take my fight to the next level and hopefully by joining NoFap I can completely remove porn from my life.
