My first 30 days free of PMO - My Journey

    Hey guys, I'm happy to say that this is my first time achieving 30 days of noFap and going strong. I would have never thought I would make it to 30 days because porn has always been a huge part of my life since I was young. I discovered porn and masturbation when I was around 11 years old and it had lots of negative impact on my life without me realizing it. At 22, I decided to take noFap seriously and I’m happy to report that noFap really works but girls are not gonna jump at you just because you do noFap. My goal is to go for 90 days for a full reboot and not look at porn when I'm stressed. Before discovering noFap I would use porn as an outlet to deal with stress but now I can cope with my problems in a more healthy way. Here is my report at 30 days.

    Some positive changes I noticed are

    • More free time
    • Increased confidence
    • Can maintain eye contact with girls
    • more calm
    • Boners are crazy hard
    • more frequent dreams
    • I feel like I am discovering more about myself
    Now onto the not so positives of noFap

    • My increased free time was spent looking at instagram instead of being productive.
    • Moody ( some days I'm extremely happy and other days sad)
    • Urges are very strong some days

    Awesome job man, keep going. And delete your Instagram, it's really not useful at all. There is no single 1 benefit from it, unless you are an influencer and making some money from it.

    Anyway, congratz on your first month! Good luck!
