So, I'm in for this now for 6 days and to be honest I already start to see slight improvements.

So far I know is sex allowed (which i hopefully guess is true), My GF and I did it last weekend and I noticed I got a stronger erection than I did before. Before was just hell, it didn't want to "wake up", only for a few seconds. I still don't have much change with my sensitiveness, but I was finally able to orgasm during sex which didn't really happen before. It was amazing, and the orgasm felt even more rewarding than with masturbating to porn!

I've only 3 questions yet I need to get answered.

    1. Aslong I spare my horniness for my girlfriend, and not masturbate, (so sex, blowjob's and such) it is totally okay, right?
    2. I've had no urges yet, is that normal? I heard alot of stories that people got massive horny urges to masturbate, but so far I did not have them at all, or I might get them at a later stage.
    3. I own a Tumblr blog and there are some porn blogs who follow me. I use to follow everyone back so I can see some pictures running around on my dash some times. I'm planning to clean that up today a bit, but aslong i scroll past it, dont keep looking at it and do not deliberatly search for it it's not a relapse right? Are pictures even considered "actual porn" or not?

I'm glad there is already a minor recovery and I hope the results will be even better in the future. Stay strong everyone !

    Welcome!

As to your questions...each of us makes his or her own goals. No one "tells you what to do." Some people eliminated porn only; others porn and masturbation alone; others eliminated all sexual activity for a set period ("hard mode"). I am not in a relationship, so my experience is different from yours. My suggestion is to do some reading on the site, in order to learn and decide.
