Hello guys,
ive been strungling with PIED for 4 years i think. Im 21 now and struggled since my first gf with 17.
I watched porn 2-3 times only… And normal stuff, not hardcore so i thought it aint a problem. Then i realised and fapped more to stuff on ig. But still to videos. After that per videochat. That fucked me up.
Now i know that i need to change something. I get no morning wood and my dick isnt hard enough. I can press him to my stomach while fapping.
So for me my journey starts. I know i cant do it alone and thats the reason why i registered on this site. I am retarded but now i realise that i have to abstain. For ever. In the next year ill finish studium in Germany.
That why i need to grind, so i have a goal. Another one is a blue belt in BJJ and i will determine my time to that and train 4-5 times a week. 2 times a week ill go to the gym. ( In the last moths i just did bjj ).
i recognized that i need a good routine and need to reduce my screentime because my average was 8 hours.
I wanna reduce it to 1 but started with 4 hours a day.
I will meditate daily the microcosmic orbit and another meditation.
And i will get a normal clock that will wake me up. I deleted snap and ig.
If anybody wants to be my accountabiliy Partner feel free to hmu.
Or if u have another tip or rule for me that can help in my process.
