    Honestly, I never thought it was a thing of not masturbating I thought it was normal to do it until I realized it affected me. First I discovered it when I was a teen I was hooked it affected the way I see girls and sex in general. It's probably one of the reasons why I wasn't successful in life. Looking forward to doing this 90 days Nofap
