When we pray constantly in the morning and at night, we study the Scriptures daily, we have family home evening every week and we attend the temple regularly, the more we develop those habits, the more anxious Satan will be for hurting us, but the less his ability to do it. Through the use of these tools, we exercise our agency to accept the full gifts of the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
