My goals

    You're totally right man. You made a mistake now but learn what you did wrong so you won't do it the next time. If you feel bad urges change from room, go outside or take a cold shower it really helped for me. You will make it!

    Day 21 wasn't my greatest day I felt not very good the whole day and I wasn't productive at all and ended up doing nothing for school..

    My days were kind of the same except the part I just did a bit more for school.

    My days are going pretty well now except the study part I think I'm gonna stop daily posting and just post when I've got very difficult days.

    Keep going buddy u will soon hit your 30 day goal.i would suggest u to post daily itself coz it will help you to reflect on your day and motivate you to do better tommorow.also try improving the amount of time you study slowly and there may be days when there is nothing much for you to study then there is no fault of you to blame yourself for not reading much that day.hope this helps.

    Had a wet dream again and felt pretty shit like a feeling I relapsed but after some hours it was over.

    Update I'm on 38 days now till now it all goes pretty well.
    Yesterday I almost relapsed but I abstained!
    Till now I daily work for school I lose less time but I still need to increase the study time
    I still work out around 4 times a week
    Doing a meditation exercise daily is a habit now.

    When I had a bad day or something I will update again.

    Sorry I didn't see your question from a while ago.
    To answer your question. Not too well at the moment my friend. I have failed time and time again since starting the year. But now I remembered what I tried at first, the motivation that you originally gave me, and my strategies to deal with my urges. I went for only 27 days my last records, but I will prevail for longer this time!

    Just a thought about the wet dreams: they are not relapsing. Dreams are made in your subconscious, and subconscious is impossible to control. It can be stimulated and "fed" with positive and life-affirming influences, but I don't believe anyone really controls it.

    This is my own "bro science" but I believe that wet dreams are biological necessity in a way. It's part of how our NORMAL libido works. We are ment to have relationships, including sexual ones, we have our hormonal structure for a good reason. Watching porn is what ruins us and corrupt our brainpaths, not wet dreams nor our NORMAL sexual drive.

    According to some critics, abstsining from MO increases prostate cancer risk. Personally I don't believe this, but I also believe that wet dreams are body's/nature's normal way of dealing with that possible risk. So wanking IS useless...:emoji_joy:

    Just my thoughts and beliefs.

    I am on day 61 now, my goal is coming closer and closer.
    Right now I am busy with exams so sometimes I get urges because I am studying at my room.
    Till now I always surpressed these urges I hope I can carry this on.

    I stopped with meditating some days ago I need to start again.
    My social media is still very minimal so that's good
    I still exercise 4 times a week or more

    One of my goals where I didn't try anything for is socializing, I just have no idea how to start with it.

    I have wet dreams pretty often but I also think it's normal, your body needs to check that everything still works that's how I see it.

    Okay so I reached the 72 days mark today, this streak has become my longest streak ever.
    Today I almost relapsed by bad urges but I did some breathing exercises and they went away.
    I hope I can carry on till the 90 days.

    After 202 days I relapsed again.
    Short story: I was setting up my android tv with iptv was testing it and came on the wrong channels. Clicked it away, but it was already in my mind and my brain was craving for masturbation which is logic because the 2 were always together for me in the past. So I relapsed but without the p. I am not angry about it because I knew it was going to happen and I was on the wrong path already for a longer time...

    Lately I watched p subs again and I was at the wrong way. My studies were not going well because I wasted all my time on it. I can reboot properly now. I need to try to ban everything now.
    So new goals
    - NO PMO
    - NO PORN substitutes
    - Banning social media

    First goal = 90 days

    Aditionally I also need to study now, exams are coming. After the exams I am planning to read some books if anyone has some suggestions feel free to share.

    Summer is coming so I have something to look forward to to achieve my new goals. It will be tough but I feel I have the willpower to do this. In the end everything will be fine!
