I just have one simple thing ... i feel like I am doomed to establish a long term relationship because if (1) pmo and (2) my height. I feel like everywhere I go in dating (I'm 5'7) I am too short or just not good enough. People have told me I am too hard on myself, but how can I change that quality?

You got to become a Based manlet. Someone who despite their short stature, can transcend it. A guy like this is Tom Cruise, because despite being a manlet, he's an A-list actor. He can easily pick up pussy because of that.

Another manlet is Jose Altuve of the MLB's Houston Astros. The man is five foot six but he's a hell of a ball player.

Not really. Since you're a manlet, if you work out too much and get too bulky, you'll end up looking like a little Pit Bull.

So I'm about 5'7 and 145lbs. Not sure on how to become "based" then.

First take care of your PMO issues, which based on your counter you seem to have a good handle on that. As far as your height is concerned, you have to work with what you have been given. Get in shape or tone up if you're not totally out of shape. Emphasize your strengths and stand out that way...be bigger than your height. Like Get_It said above, just look at Tom Cruise and Jose Altuve. They've done huge things despite their height. Another one is Simon Helberg. He's only 5'4" and was a main cast member on one of the biggest sitcoms of this decade. I'm sure you have attributes that a woman would find attractive. You're not doomed as long as you don't give up on yourself.

If all else fails, look for shorter petite women. Someone who is in the 5'0" to 5'2" ish range would just barely come up to your height when wearing heels.

I'm 5'7 and 145 lb as well and my last girlfriend was 6'0, tall, gorgeous blonde. Literally doesn't even matter. I could still pick her up with one arm. No one cares as much as you think. I'm confident about my height even though I acknowledge that I'm short, and you should be too.

The most repulsive thing about you is your attitude. Women hate lack of confidence more than anything.

And the confidence part I think is the underlying factor I truly need to work on. PMO has been a major part of it. The rest I guess comes with time.

That's exactly right my man. You can do it, just don't give up.

I do some self reflection, too. I'm 31 and own my own house, have a good job. I'm independent basically. I am a little reserved and - like many, pmo has left me in isolation which I think brings about a ton of negative thinking.
I have been told I am too hard on myself. And I know I dont put myself out there enough. Then, I've also been caught up with two things - money and height are things women want, which i commonly see on social media.

I'm lucky in that I've never been on social media at any point in my life and I always refuse to make accounts even if it's for my friends. I just assume that it's all a giant fake. It's like porn in that it changes our perception of the world in a very bad way.

You should definitely put on some more muscle. Maybe try to get to around 165 of lean muscle mass.

Actually, more importantly, you need to unplug from the matrix. Read Rollo Tomassi's "The Rational Male".

Be careful with the part of not feeling good enough. If it's not your height, it'll be your money, or clothes, or your hair. Your conscience will always find some reason to be insecure. It's a never ending road.

You need to break that cycle, it's more like a fight against yourself.
But don't ask me how to do that, because I'm exactly in the same position.

Ha. I'm a manlet too. I compensate by training hard and fixing my posture. Confidence should come from your skills amd knowledge and not anything material (the only exception IMO is carrying a weapon, I believe it's important to be armed)

I'm 5'7. Who gives a fuck man. If you really think women give a fuck, and most don't, then that's a good thing. Means you'll have to compensate by getting better in other areas, work out, get smarter - gain status. And that benefits you in ways much less superficial than just getting laid.

5'7" is quite average anyway. But to say women don't care isn't entirely true.

Oh sure, some women care. And some care a lot. But if being a Man of Moria is a deal-breaker for a girl, then chances are she really wasn't even worth it in the first place. Inches don't make stable long term relationships. Not even inches in your pants.
