I love my Brain
Fapstronaut
Part 1:
Hello,
Looking back, I have overcome a lot of my previous problems, so I would like to give you some insight into why I was so successful.
This is part 1 of my report, more will follow in the near future.
If you implement these things, then your search may be over. Because the things I report have all been tried and tested.
This is not about motivational talk that only makes you feel good in the short term, but practical instructions that I have tried and tested and that inevitably lead to success.
Not immediately, but increasingly. You have to think in longer time periods. The addiction didn't develop overnight.
I can tell you in advance that it really makes life more worth living.
Conquering all kinds of addictions, especially pornography and ejaculation.
(I deliberately say ejaculation and not masturbation, but more on that later.)
On my starting point. Like most of us, I fell into this addiction very early on.
When the Internet became popular and everyone had a computer at home, I played a lot of video games.
This type of sexual advertising practically forced itself on me when I was on the Internet. Then one thing led to another.
In total, I was unconsciously trapped in this addiction for over 10 years. I have to say that I am a very addictive person, which means that I like to take things to extremes.
When I was a smoker, for example, I smoked two large packs a day.
I think that because of this, I can give you methods that really work.
Anyone who makes it from the very bottom, from the deepest, darkest and gloomiest corner of hell, has also experienced a lot.
Before I tell you about my methods, which have brought very good results, I would like to tell you about some improvements in my life, they have enriched my life:
1. Urge to adventure =
Since I mastered this addiction, I have had an extreme desire to expand, to expand, to immerse myself in the world and experience adventures:
-I was in the military
-I traveled all over Germany, looked at different places
-I go to many sports clubs
-I meet up with other men's groups and we do manly things together
-I go to sleep in the wilderness
The old life, the old world has become small and boring.
This is clearly due to the brain. Everything that I used to suggest to my brain via dopamine kicks through bad habits, such as: pornography or video games, I now experience these things in real life.
I look for satisfaction in real life. In addition, my hormones are working very well, so testosterone, the driving force in men, works for me.
Pornography and ejaculation cause another hormone to be released, called prolactin.
It lowers testosterone and makes men tired and weak. Everyone knows the feeling. With frequent ejaculation, this hormone builds up in the body and the man loses motivation, which can lead to depression and chronic passivity.
2. Physical and mental strength
I am now 32 years old and feel better than I did when I was 16. I feel like I am getting younger and stronger every day.
I used to be tired, lacking energy, my body was very fragile, I couldn't put too much strain on it because I would immediately get problems.
Now everything works, I can do my things from morning to night. My organs are functioning properly.
I can expose my body to stimuli and it adapts. It doesn't let me down.
I don't know any illnesses, of course I support it with a clean diet.
It's a great feeling that my body is radiant again like it was in my youth and even with an update
Of course, mind and body influence each other. The healthier the body, the healthier the mind.
Through deep insights, I have discovered that a man's sperm contains important substances for the body.
For the nervous system, for the brain, for all organs. For me, the question is irrelevant. Everything that promotes the release of semen from the body makes you sick.
It doesn't matter whether it's porn or just masturbation, even during sex.
Porn is of course very visual, so on the one hand it provokes ejaculation.
It's like when you eat something very salty, it provokes your thirst.
And on the other hand, it shows that sex always has to end with ejaculation.
For me, that's a false image that's being conveyed and a distorted idea that takes root in people's minds.
The best option is sex without ejaculation. That's my experience, which is based on a substance. Not blind theory or dogma, but life experience.
Of course, you can't get there straight away. It only works in small steps. First master pornography, then masturbate less. It is also not a linear process.
Everyone has a different starting point. Therefore, it will be different for everyone and everyone will have different reactions.
Don't let yourself be forced into a template and told that it HAS to be like this.
To come back to the body. If you exhaust the body's energies, psychological and mental problems will arise.
3. My brain and nervous system are functioning properly
This component is very important for every person. My mental performance has increased enormously.
I can concentrate very intensively on the topics that interest me, without distraction.
My reward system and brain function support me very well.
I do a lot of sport, boxing and strength training. In the boxing world, it has always been known that the loss of semen, i.e. ejaculation, makes men weak.
His legs get weak. But that's not all. Through my research and countless rounds of the vicious circle that I had to live through to gain experience, I found out that a man's sperm contains important nutrients for the brain and nervous system.
If these secretions are permanently lost, then the brain, nervous system and the hormone glands will have problems.
This means that the man suffers from countless disorders. You have to understand that today only one distinction is made.
Is someone alive or is someone dead? That is very superficial. What distinguishes a living person from a dead person is their vitality and life energy.
The more of these you have, the more alive you are. The less of these you have, the more you resemble a dead person. This is reflected in the quality of life.
My strength training and my boxing have improved considerably. Anyone who does serious sport knows that the nervous system is an important component and if it is chronically disturbed and undernourished, then even the best training is of no use.
To repeat, my training results and my progress have improved enormously.
I have moved past everyone. And above all, my body awareness has become more sensitive.
I know which food and which training methods are best for my body. That's why I can differentiate between a lot of nonsense that doesn't suit me.
These are just a few advantages. I kept a diary to note down the improvements. There are too many to list them all here.
Let's move on to the tools that helped me on my journey. It is incredibly important to have good tools.
I am not a fan of moral motivational speeches or trying to do everything with brute willpower.
In practice, they say, doubts disappear and it is true.
These methods only create a good feeling for the conscience in the short term, but they do not bring about long-term changes.
The tools I use are tried and tested and the longer they are used, the more effects they have and the results come.
We think more in the medium to long term, but there is no other way. A real man knows how to be patient and humble. If you want quick success, you will reap failure.
Let's move on to the first tool:
1. Consciousness
1.1. This will sound strange to some, but this area is extremely important. You must constantly increase your awareness of the issue.
If the question arises, for example: "Is it okay to masturbate once every 7 days or which porn blocker can you recommend to me?"
Then this person has a low level of awareness of this issue and has not yet experienced first-hand how harmful ejaculation is in its full spectrum and does not know how to achieve actual success.
You must be aware of the following things:
-What does it do to me?
-What happens if I give it up, what advantages will there be?
-How would my life be in the next few years with and without this addiction?
-What has it cost me all these years?
-In which areas of life that are particularly important to me has it slowed me down?
-Why, yes, why should I stop, it actually feels great. What is my greatest driving force?
-What effort do I have to make to be able to give up the addiction? -Write down the reasons that led to you relapsing
Here are a few ideas, you can of course expand this list, listen to your inner self and if something seems important enough to you emotionally, then try to increase your awareness in this area.
It is also very important to become master of your sexual thoughts/sexual fantasies.
You must be aware that nothing on the outside can help you (example: porn blocker) if the Trojan horse is inside.
You must learn through mindfulness what is going on inside you, through observation.
Only rational knowledge does not have enough power. You must experience this, constantly be aware of it so that it is anchored deep in your psyche.
But with increased awareness you will master certain challenges that arise along the way and develop backbone and toughness.
For example, you will question the collective image of sexuality in society, whether this is even healthy?
Maybe you will see the most precious fluid in your body, male sperm, in a different light and no longer expel it voluntarily because you will also recognize that behind the feeling of pleasure there is a high price that you always pay, regardless of whether you accept the reality or not, because no one can avoid the consequences.
The most destructive thing you can do is to rely on your willpower without any effort or hope that a porn blocker will do the job for you so that you can put an end to the addiction. Or to chase after certain days and records.
This is about your life and not about insignificant days.
That won't work. Every value entails an activity, an action. You have to stay on the ball constantly and continuously, a little bit every day, if it's important enough to you....
After 7 days, not much will change. Another example: After 7 days in the gym, not much will have happened.
But what about 7 months, 3 years or 7 years? Over time, awareness grows enormously and it is inevitable that you will be rewarded with success.
I'm ending the first part here. The next ones will follow in the near future.
If you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to write a post here or send me a message.
